REGISTRATION FEES

• Registration is mandatory for all congress participants and company representatives.
• Registration fees include access to the exhibition area, participation in scientific sessions, the abstract book, name badge, and certificate of attendance.
• To finalize congress registration, payment must be made to the congress bank account, the payment receipt must be sent to petkoz@bumeranggroup.com, and the registration must be confirmed by BUMERANG GROUP.
• The Congress Organizing Committee reserves the right to change registration fees. Any price changes will be communicated to all companies in writing.
• Under the cancellation and refund policy, 50% of the accommodation fee will be refunded for cancellation requests submitted in writing before January 1, 2027. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date.
• A 20% VAT will be added to the stated registration fees.

• 1-Day External Participation applies to participants staying outside the main hotel. It covers a one-day external participation fee. The daily participation fee includes one day's breakfast, lunch, dinner, patisserie access, convention center access, coffee breaks twice a day, and social programs.
• 5-Day External Participation applies to participants staying outside the main hotel. It is a 5-day external participation fee covering the entire congress. The external participation fee includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner served throughout the congress, patisserie access, convention center access, coffee breaks twice a day, and social programs.
• A 20% VAT will be added to the stated registration fees.

ACCOMMODATION FEES

Until December 31, 2026

From January 1, 2027

• No additional charge will be applied for single room accommodation compared to the double room rate. Please specify your accommodation preference (single or double room) during the reservation process.
• For payments made in Turkish Lira equivalent to the Euro-denominated fees, the effective selling rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey valid on the congress start date, May 7, 2027, will be applied.
• Accommodation covers a total of 4 nights, with check-in on May 7, 2027 at 14:00 and check-out on May 11, 2027 at 12:00.
• Single-night accommodation reservations are not accepted.
• Transfer service is not included in the accommodation fee.
• Under the cancellation and refund policy, 50% of the accommodation fee will be refunded for cancellation requests submitted in writing before January 1, 2027. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date.
• Accommodation rates are on an ultra all-inclusive basis, and a 10% VAT will be added to the stated prices.

TRANSFER INFORMATION

• The fee stated above is the per-person one-way transfer fee between Antalya Airport and the hotel.
• For private transfer requests, please contact BUMERANG GROUP.
• Under the cancellation and refund policy, 50% of the transfer fee will be refunded for cancellation requests submitted in writing before January 1, 2027. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date.
• The right is reserved to update transfer fees in line with the CPI (TÜFE) rates applicable for the relevant period. Any price changes will be communicated to participants in writing.
• A 20% VAT will be added to the stated transfer fees.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• All refunds are valid only if reported to BUMERANG GROUP in writing.
• 50% of registration and accommodation fees will be refunded if notified by January 1, 2027.
• No refunds will be made for notifications submitted after January 1, 2027.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress concludes.
• All invoices will be issued after the congress concludes, based on mutual agreement.
